We generate winning proposals for funding of highly innovative, disruptive technologies through the SME Instrument and the European Innovation Council pilot.
Over 70 winning proposals.
SME Instrument Grants
At INKRIDGE, we focus on securing SME Instrument grants. We offer an end-to-end SME Instrument Proposal Service. We take care of everything from concept analysis, company registration and SME status validation with the European Commission, to comprehensive proposal writing, application submission and, when funded, formal guidance all the way up to the first payment by the EC.
INNOVATION AND GRANT ANALYSIS
A successful SME Instrument grant application begins with an analysis in which we assess the project's potential to be granted funding from the European Commission. An important part of the analysis is to identify the strong and weak elements of the project and to draw up the strategy on how to maximize its funding potential during application preparation stage.
We prepare grant applications that stand out amongst competition, based on experience with over 70 winning SME Instrument proposals. We participate actively in studying the market to estimate the commercial potential of the future products, as well as evaluate the business environment and its opportunities.
We check SME's technical, operational and resource feasibility and aid in developing a detailed work and budget plans for the consecutive stages. We monitor the European Commission and the Programme to ensure that all formal requirements are met.
SUBMISSION, GRANT AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT
Our objective is to contribute to your goal of launching innovation into global markets by delivering a comprehensive collaboration and accompany you throughout all the stages and obstacles.
Therefore, we approach each project in a holistic perspective, not only generating a winning proposal, but taking you through the EC account formalities, application submission process, as well as Grant Signature and payment.
European Innovation Council pilot
Besides the SME Instrument, the EIC pilot includes two additional funding instruments - Fast Track to Innovation (FTI) and Future and Emerging Technologies (FET). Between 2018 and 2020 the EIC pilot will provide €2.7 billion to breakthrough, market-creating innovations. This support is aimed at Start-Ups and SMEs with ideas or innovations which are radically different from existing products, services or technologies, are highly risky and need additional investment to get to market.
FAST TRACK TO INNOVATION (FTI)
This scheme is for relatively mature ground-breaking technologies, concepts and business models which are very close to market.
Proposals must come from consortia of 3 to 5 legal entities who want to see quick market uptake of new technologies. Grants of up to €3 million may be awarded.
FUTURE AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES (FET)
FET Open offers grants of typically €3 million to promote collaborative, inter-disciplinary research and innovation on future and emerging technologies. These grants are for consortia of at least 3 entities.
All projects awarded EU funding are subject to progress reporting and financial reporting. Navigating through the complex EC guidelines is difficult and time consuming. Our aim is to keep you focused on your business and the project, while we take care of the rest. We provide formal correctness of the progress reports, as well as audit-proof financial reporting for your project.
The formal correctness of the progress reports is critical to maintain project schedule and goals. It includes continuous presentation of key milestones in the project, description of deliverables achieved and information about any obstacles encountered in the project implementation phase. Our experts will assist you in the entire cycle of the project reporting, taking care of formal quality assurance tasks, complex project reporting procedures, and communication with EC.
We will walk you through the specific European Commission rules pertaining to financial reporting and facilitate fulfilling obligations under the Grant Agreement. This includes human resources planning, cash-flow and payment estimations, advise on cost eligibility in accord with EC rules, cost calculations and reporting in preparation for possible financial audit.
